In-person absentee voting for the November election begins September 24th at the Jackson County Election Board offices located at 110 N Liberty, Independence, MO.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. In addition, the Jackson County Election Board will be open the three Saturdays before the election, October 19th, October 26th, and November 2nd, from 8:30am to 12:30pm. To request a mail-in absentee ballot, visit S:\Forms\ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION Instructions-Registered Voters.wpd (jcebmo.org).
