As reporters, we often hear from people who want to know who to contact to make a complaint, the appropriate elected leader to contact, or how to best make their voice heard. It can be confusing to figure out exactly who is in charge or what, and how things in government work.
We offer this guide to residents to help answer some of these questions, and help you make your voice heard. Have a question or need that is not addressed below? Send us an email and let us know how we can help.
