The Planning and Zoning Commission met September 9th, approving the final plat of Valley Subdivision and a replat of Eagle Ridge Estates.
The final plat lies on approximately sixteen acres of property located north of Tisha Lane and west of Gateway Court. The proposed subdivision will contain 61 lots, zoned R-1 single family residential. The recommendation passed unanimously.
The Commission also passed a replat of tract A in the Eagle Ridge Estates development. The development is located on the west side of Eagle Ridge Blvd. and east of Tyer Road. There are 12 single family residential lots on 3.35 acres owned and developed by Eagle Ridge Homes LLC. The proposed cul-de-sac street will be named NW Hilltop Court.
The next scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held October 14th at 6:30pm.
